2. Custom Made-to-Order Products
All draperies, pleated curtains, motorized window blinds, and tailored cushion covers fabricated by India Decor are custom-built to the specific measurements and fabric specifications agreed upon with the client:
- Fabric dye lots may exhibit subtle tonal variations due to natural textile manufacturing processes.
- Laser measurements taken by India Decor master technicians prior to fabrication are final for production.
- Modifications to dimensions or fabric selections must be requested within 24 hours of invoice generation.
3. Site Visits & Installation
Our master craftsmen handle on-site hardware mounting, tracking, wallpaper pasting, and drapery steaming. The client must ensure that the installation area is accessible, cleared of obstructions, and has proper electrical connections (where motorized blinds or remote shades are installed).
4. Estimates, Payments & Deliveries
A standard deposit is required upon approval of design estimates to initiate textile procurement and custom manufacturing. Final payment balance is due upon successful installation and quality inspection. Estimated delivery schedules may vary slightly for specialized imported textiles.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, logos, portfolio imagery, bespoke pattern layouts, and text content featured on this website are the proprietary property of India Decor Siliguri and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
